Most people say they know they should exercise more. Often, their doctors even tell them so. But according to CNN, a small group of people have actually become addicted to exercise. Psychologists say exercising can evolve from a healthy habit to a potentially harmful addiction. Professor Heather Hausenblas says symptoms of exercise addiction appear in about 0.3% to 0.5% of the general population worldwide.
