Born in Chicago Illinois David Rojas was brought up in a large and growing evangelical Latino population in the metro Chicago area. His performance career began at a very early age. Rojas was singing in front of large audiences in his church by the age of six. Drawn to music ministry, he was encouraged by his community to use his talents professionally. Though challenged with family difficulties during his adolescence, the singer credits God with turning those trials around and saving him from times of desperation. As Rojas gained experience and a reputation as a vocalist, his long-term goal of releasing a solo record slowly came closer to reality. In 2006 David released his first solo album Me Levantare. Rojas continued to travel, giving concerts and leading worship.
